Dietitian- Expressions of Interest

Have you or someone you know ever considered seeking information from a Dietitian?

We are taking expressions of interest at this stage to gauge if there would be the demand for Rowan to join our team.

Have a read of his information below and either contact him directly or you can speak to us.

All information and enquiries will be kept confidential.

Medowie Family & Sports Physio would like to gauge interest from its valued visitors to utilise the services of an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), with a view to commencing in August/September 2017.

An APD can assist in reaching your fitness and weight loss goals or addressing health issues by completing a thorough Nutritional Assessment and Intervention such education, provision of resources, meal planning, goal setting, motivational interviewing.

Rowan Davison (APD) has years of experience as both an inpatient and outpatient dietitian in a variety of settings including community health centres and private practice. He is young, friendly, passionate, and enjoys working closely with people to develop realistic and achievable changes to improve health, without taking all the fun out of eating!

Medicare rebates and bulk billing are available to those who are registered through an Enhanced Primary Care Plan through your GP, as well as rebates for private health and DVA. Rowan is also a registered NDIS provider.

If you are interested in seeking this service please ask for an expression of interest form at the centre, fill out some basic details and leave the form with centre reception, or with Mike from Medowie Family and Sports Physio. All expressions will be kept confidential. Alternatively, you can contact Rowan directly on 0421162845 or rowan.davison89@gmail.com
